Over the course of many years of work on various projects, we have developed different options of equipment execution for joining the tested harnesses or cables with the wire installation tester. These are solutions with a set of technological connectors for connecting the tested objects. In each case, we analyse in detail the classification of your product, its performance, serial production and other important technical characteristics and only after that we offer the most optimal option for implementing the equipment.
Advantages of organizing cable tests using the prepared equipment
- simplicity of control – entire equipment is already connected to the tester and the indication system displays which of the connectors should be connected to;
- reduction of requirements to the operator – selection of the prepared program, test launching, creation of protocol based on results of the control;
- scalability – in case of necessity, it is possible to increase the number of plug-in cartridges and units within one workplace.
Cartridges
Switchboard cartridges can be used as part of diagnostic stands and testers. Cartridges have an indication system of connectors, which are located on the front panel and are intended for direct connection of control objects.

Units
